This first in a series of
Clare Point novels, ETERNAL is a suspense
involving a serial killer
preying on
a coastal resort in southern Delaware. Fia Kahill, an FBI agent out
of the Philadelphia Field Office, is investigating the murders in
her own
home town. She is a well-trained, decorated agent, but she has a
secret that will always keep her at a distance from her fellow agents.
Fia and
the townspeople of Clare Point belong to an ancient Irish clan of
vampires. The Kahill clan, in order to redeem themselves for previous
sins committed,
is on a mission to stalk and rid mankind of its most hideous criminals;
serial killers and child molesters. Fia’s partner, Glen Duncan,
a human, knows nothing of the existence of these vampires. The murderer
has
discovered their secret and is methodically killing them by beheading
them, the only way to truly end a vampire’s life. The clan's
history, both ancient and recent, impacts current events and relationships
as Fia attempts
to protect her family, protect Glen from her family and discover
who threatens to end the Kahill Clan’s existence.
